President Obama's Invitation

Sheila Liaugminas points out that our new President has already implemented some changes, starting with the White House web site. It would be well for all of us to take full advantage of the invitation to review and comment on "non-emergency" legislation proposals within the five days that those proposals will be posted for all to see.
