Leftover bagel recipe

For those of you who inquired about my leftover bagels, yes, they rose to new life in the form of a savory bread pudding. It worked. (I think it helped that I soaked the bagel bits in the egg and milk mixture overnight and didn't attempt this all at once.)
So if you have leftover bagels, bread pudding is one way to recycle them!
