I've been doing it for years, now: observing a weekly cyber-Sabbath. Naturally, since I'm a Christian, my "sabbath" isn't on the Sabbath, but on the "Dominical Day," Sunday. Now, courtesy of the same folks that brought you the original Sabbath rest, there is a National Day of Unplugging: from sundown to sundown, March 4-5.
