Where can this painting be found? It could tie for first place with the Pieta.
What a powerful and real image! Does it have a name or source? It's so beautiful.
This scene is from the crypt of the Basilica of St. Francis in Assisi. It's quite splendid.
I so relate to this image. You see the emotion and heart of Mary so vividly yet simply in it.
